Fees

The Participant's fee includes:

  1. participation in the opening of the Conference
  2. participation in the Conference
  3. conference materials
  4. coffee breaks
  5. poster sessions
  6. guided walking tour and concert
  7. Gala Dinner

The accompanying person's fee includes participation in:

  1. opening of the Conference
  2. guided walking tour and concert
  3. Gala Dinner

The fee does not include the cost of lunches, travel, and accommodation, which the Participants cover themselves.

The online payment button will appear immediately after registration. You can also pay later using the link provided in your registration confirmation email. Choosing the payment by PayU will result in an additional fee of €10 related to the broker's commission.

Cancellation and Refund policy for registrations

 

Resignation from participation in the conference must be requested by email: ecoss36@uni.lodz.pl.
The amount returned to the Participant depends on the date of cancellation and is reduced by the costs incurred by the Organizer:

  1. Handling fee deduction of €100 for cancellations by July 10, 2023
  2. No refund for cancellations after July 10, 2023

Participant's absence at the conference is not the basis for refund of the Conference fee.
